摘要
阐述了共沉淀制备镍钴锰三元正极材料前驱体工艺的研究进展,对不同制备工艺的优缺点进行了比较,重点介绍了镍钴锰三元正极材料前驱体共沉淀的组合工艺,使用此工艺得到的产品可以满足目前三元正级材料对高比容量、高倍率、长循环寿命方面的要求,从而满足高性能电池的使用要求。
The research describes the research progress of coprecipitation technology for the preparation of Ni-Co-Mn ternary positive material precursor,compares the advantages and disadvantages of different preparation technologies,focuses on the combination technology of coprecipitation technology for the precursors of nickel,cobalt and manganese ternary positive material.The product obtained by using this process can meet the requirements of high specific capacity,high rate and long cycle life of ternary positive material to meet the requirements of high-performance batteries.
