摘要
电解锰渣(EMR)的资源化利用可以有效解决其造成的环境污染问题,因此设计了一种新型电解锰渣环保砖,并探究了该环保砖粉制备的混凝土的力学性能。结果表明,随着新型掺EMR烧结页岩砖粉掺量的增大,混凝土塌落度和流动性逐渐减小,吸水率先减小后逐渐增大。力学试验结果表明,立方体抗压和劈裂抗拉强度会随着砖粉的掺入量增加而逐渐降低,而抗折强度却随着砖粉的掺入量增大逐渐增大,建议新型掺EMR烧结页岩砖粉最佳掺量为5%。
The resource utilization of electrolytic manganese slag can effectively solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by it.Therefore,a new type of electrolytic manganese slag environmental protection brick is designed,and the mechanical properties of concrete prepared by the environmental protection brick powder are explored.The results show that as the increase of the content of new sintered shale brick powder mixed with EMR,the slump and fluidity of concrete decrease gradually,and the water absorption decreases at first and then increases gradually.The results of mechanical tests show that the compressive and cracking strength of cube decreases with the increase of brick powder content,but the flexural strength increases with the increase of brick powder content,it is suggested that the optimum content of new sintered shale brick powder is 5%.
