电解二氧化锰电解槽溢流口封盖方式及溢流挡板的优化

摘要 在电解二氧化锰(EMD)的实际生产中,保持电解槽液在合适的温度区间非常重要。通过采用电解槽溢流口前端加焊PVC胶挡板封盖包裹溢流口的方法,并对比技改前后的降电流时间,发现优化挡板高度设置,能够减少电解槽液温度的损失并降低电解槽能耗,提高装槽效率及电解车间产量,为废液的后处理提供了较好铺垫,在电解行业有应用价值。 In the actual production of electrolytic Manganese dioxide(EMD),it is very important to keep the electrolytic cell solution in the appropriate temperature range.By using the method of adding a PVC adhesive baffle to cover the front overflow port of the electrolytic cell and comparing the current reduction time before and after the technical transformation,it was found that optimizing the baffle height setting can reduce the temperature loss of the electrolytic cell solution and reduce the energy consumption of the electrolytic cell,improve the loading efficiency and production of the electrolytic workshop,and provide a good foundation for the post-treatment of waste liquid.It has application value in the electrolytic industry.
