6月30日,在中国国家乡村振兴局和外交部指导下,由市乡村振兴局、市政府外办主办的上合组织国家减贫与发展重庆第三期研修班在西南大学开班。吉尔吉斯斯坦劳动、社会保障和移民部劳动解决方案和发展局局长卡拉巴耶娃,白俄罗斯驻重庆总领事叶梅利亚诺夫线上参会,市政府外办副主任李明全、市乡村振兴局副局长王仕杰、西南大学副校长王志坚出席开班仪式。

On June 30,under the guidance of the National Rural Revitalization Administration and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China,the Third Session of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation(SCO)National Poverty Reduction and Development Seminar—hosted by the Chongqing Municipal Administration of Rural Revitalization and the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government—kicked off at Southwest University,Chongqing.Karabaeva(КарабаеваБерметБактыбековна),Head of the Department for Labor and Active Measures Development Solutions of The Ministry of Labor,Social Security,and Migration of Kyrgyzstan,and Dmitry Emelyanov,Consul-General of the Republic of Belarus in Chongqing,attended the online conference.Li Mingquan,Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government,Wang Shijie,Deputy Director-General of the Chongqing Municipal Administration of Rural Revitalization,and Wang Zhijian,Vice President of Southwest University,attended the opening ceremony.
