“小海”AI语音助理在智慧交管建设中的应用

The Application of"XIAOHAI"AI Voice Assistant in the Construct ion of Intelligent Vessel Traffic Service

通过使用智能AI、语音处理、网络填表、信息跨网络拷贝等技术研发了集语音识别及视觉交互、传统办公设备控制、信息化系统自动操作、通航要素信息感知、交互式智慧大屏操控等七大功能于一身的“小海”AI智能语音助理。该系统的应用将大幅提高工作效率、减少人为因素带来的工作疏漏,目前已在全国5家VTS中心安装部署。

This paper proposes an AI intelligent office software based on the utilization of intelligent AI,speech processing technology,network filling technology,and cross-network information copying technology.The software incorperates seven major functions,including speech recognition and visual interaction,traditional office equipment control,automatic information system operation,navigation element information perception,and interactive intelligent large screen control.The application of the system can significantly improve work efficiency and reduce negligence caused by human elements.Currently,it has been installed and deployed in five VTS centers nationwide.
