摘要 华北油田第三采油厂日处理污水中蕴含着约90×104 MJ/d的低温热源,为利用这部分能源,在主要站点投入5台水源热泵系统;同时,对于污水资源有所欠缺的站点,投入了6台空气源热泵系统,11台热泵创造的年经济效益约664.64万元。热泵系统的投入使用,不仅为第三采油厂创造了巨大的经济效益,且可少使用27台加热炉,日节约气量12668.4 m3。热泵在试点站点的运行中,能够满足油田日常生产用热,具有良好的应用价值,可继续向其他站点推行。 The No.3 oil production plant of Huabei oilfield company contains the low temperature 4 heat source of about 90×10 MJ/d in daily treatment waste.In order to make use of the low tempera-ture heat source,the five water source heat pump systems are put into the main sites.At the same time,in view of the sites that were short of sewage resources,the six air source heat pump systems are put in.What’s more,the annual economic benefit of 11 heat pump is 6646400 yuan.Not only can the application of heat pump system create great economic benefit for the third oil production 3 plant,but can reduce the use of twenty-seven heating furnaces,saving 12668.4 m of daily gas.In the operation of site,the heat pump can be able to meet the needs of daily production in oilfield and has good application values,which can be continued to other sites.
