基于缆控式智能注水工艺的验封技术研究与应用

摘要 随着分层注水井逐年增加,大庆油田验封测试工作量已接近测试班组极限,同时以缆控式智能注水为代表的第四代注水技术已经小规模现场应用,为此开展更加智能、效率更高的验封技术势在必行。基于缆控式智能注水工艺的验封技术,实时监测井下分注层段嘴前压力和嘴后压力,不需要向井筒内下入验封仪器,根据各层段嘴前、嘴后压力曲线变化趋势,判断各层段封隔器的密封情况。形成了快速验封和标准验封2种验封技术,验封过程仅需1人即可完成,单井验封时间在1 h以内。该验封技术在现场应用500余口井,节省费用700余万元。随着油田数字化、智能化的发展,智能注水技术将逐步替代传统分注技术,该验封技术应用前景广阔。 As the layered water injection wells are increasing year by year,the workload of sealing test has approached the limit of the test team in Daqing oilfield.At the same time,the fourth generation water injection technology,represented by cable controlled intelligent water injection,has been ap-plied on a small scale on site.Hence,it is imperative to develop more intelligent and efficient sealing inspection technology.Based on the sealing inspection technology of cable controlled intelligent water injection process,the real-time monitoring of the pre-nozzle pressure and post-nozzle pressure in the downhole separate injection section is carried out,instead of running the sealing inspection instrument into the wellbore.The sealing condition of the packers in each zone is judged according to the change trend of the pre nozzle and post nozzle pressure curves.Two sealing inspection technologies have been formed,including quick sealing inspection and standard sealing inspection.The sealing inspection pro-cess can be completed by only one person,and the sealing inspection time of a single well is within one hour.This sealing inspection technology has been applied to more than 500 wells on site,saving more than 7 million yuan.With the development of digitalization and intelligence of oilfields,intelligent water injection technology will gradually replace the traditional separate injection technology,which has a broad application prospect.
