基于Android远程控制的“老式门锁”智能系统的设计与实现

摘要 【目的】解决农村“老式门锁”智能化改造升级问题,助力科技服务乡村振兴。【方法】在不破坏门锁原有结构的基础上,课题组设计了一种基于Android远程控制的“老式门锁”智能系统。该系统选用无线蓝牙继电器模块FOREVER-09为主控制器,以Android手机为终端控制器,以推拉式伸缩杆为被控对象,通过蓝牙无线连接,实现Android手机与FOREVER-09模块间的通信,并通过该模块控制推拉式伸缩杆点动,实现远程开锁功能。此外,搭建了一个简单的微型自动门装置来测试“老式门锁”智能系统的功能实现。【结果】经过实物装置重复试验100次,仅出现2~3次开锁失败现象,成功率达到97%以上,其余功能满足设计要求。【结论】1)该系统基本达到了实际使用要求,具有运行稳定、操作方便、成本低廉等特点,可扩展性及可移植性强,市场前景广阔;2)该系统仍存在终端支持设备类型不够丰富、功能非常基础、软硬件开发测试数据不够全面、安全加密设置过于简单等不足之处,后续需进一步开发和设计。 [Objective] To solve the problem of intelligent transformation and upgrading of “old style door lock” in rural areas,and to assist in technology services for rural revitalization.[Method] On the basis of not damaging the original structure of the door lock,the research group designed an “old style door lock” intelligent system based on Android remote control.The system uses the wireless Bluetooth relay module FOREVER-09 as the main controller,Android mobile phones as the terminal controller,and push pull telescopic rods as the controlled object.Through Bluetooth wireless connection,communication between Android mobile phones and FOREVER-09 modules is achieved,and the push pull telescopic rods are controlled by this module to achieve remote unlocking function.In addition,a simple micro automatic door device is built to test the function realization of the “old style door lock” intelligent system.[Result] After 100 repeated tests on the physical device,only 2~3 unlocking failures occurred,with a success rate of over 97%.The other functions met the design requirements.[Conclusion] 1) The system has basically met the practical usage requirements,with characteristics such as stable operation,convenient operation,low cost,strong scalability and portability,and broad market prospects.2) The system still has shortcomings such as insufficient variety of terminal support device types,very basic functions,incomplete software and hardware development and testing data,and overly simple security encryption settings,which is need further development and design in the future.
