基于MBBR的高效脱氮工艺在酿酒废水中的研究

摘要 酿酒废水是一类高浓度有机废水,现阶段主流处理工艺为预处理+厌氧+缺氧/好氧组合工艺。本研究主要针对缺氧/好氧段进行改造,开发基于移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)的高效脱氮工艺。通过对载体材料进行筛选,选择改性聚乙烯载体作为填料,其对COD、TN、TP的去除率分别为91.73%、95.14%、96.43%。将原A2/O工艺改为基于MBBR技术的A2/O工艺,水力停留时间从3.2 d减少到24 h,出水水质达到《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T 31962—2015)排放标准。与原A2/O工艺相比,改良后的工艺通过对硝化菌和反硝化菌的富集促进了硝化和反硝化过程,从而提高了系统的生物脱氮能力。 Brewing wastewater is a kind of high concentration organic wastewater.At present,the mainstream treatment process is pretreatment,anaerobic and anoxic/aerobic combined process.This study focused on the reconstruction of the anoxic/aerobic section,and developed an efficient nitrogen removal based on Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor(MBBR).By screening the carrier materials,the modified polyethylene carrier was selected as the filler,and the removal rates of COD,TN and TP were 91.73%,95.14%and 96.43%respectively.The original A 2/O process was changed to the A 2/O process based on MBBR technology.The result showed that hydraulic retention time(HRT)was reduced from 3.2d tO_(2)4h,and the effluent quality met the discharge standard of GB/T 31962-2015.Compared with the original A 2/O process,the optimized process promoted the nitrification and denitrification process by enriching nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria,thus improving the biological nitrogen removal capacity of the system.
