基于等标污染负荷法对福建省工业主要废气污染物排放的分析与评价 被引量:1

摘要 利用2020年福建省重点工业主要废气排放的环境统计数据,基于等标污染负荷的方法对污染物种类、地区特征、行业特征三个方向进行定量分析;确定福建省工业废气污染物的排放特征,并在此基础上对其地区分布特征进行聚类分析。结果表明:氮氧化物的等标污染负荷最大,负荷比达到65.63%;福州市和泉州市的等标污染负荷最大,负荷占全省的比值分别为23.1%和21.9%,为首要污染地区;非金属矿物制品业的二氧化硫、氮氧化物、颗粒物排放等标污染负荷的首要行业,负荷占比分别为29.19%、41.13%、54.88%,而电气机械和器材制造业是挥发性有机物等标污染负荷的首要行业,负荷占比为35.47%。通过对福建省各地区各工业主要废气污染物等标污染负荷的聚类分析,将福建省分为三个类型,包括程度较重地区,福州市、泉州市、三明市、龙岩市和漳州市;中等地区南平市、莆田市、厦门市和平潭综合实验区;单项污染突出类的宁德市。 Using the environmental statistics of major waste gas emissions from key industries in Fujian Province in 2020,and using the method of equal standard pollution load to quantitatively analyze the types of pollutants,regional characteristics,and industry characteristics;determine and analyze the discharge characteristics of industrial waste gas pollutants in Fujian Province.And on this basis,cluster analysis of its regional distribution characteristics was taken.The results showed that:nitrogen oxides have the largest equivalent pollution load,and the load ratio reaches 65.63%;Fuzhou and Quanzhou,being the primary polluted areas,have the largest equivalent pollution load,with the load accounting for 23.1%and 21.9%of the province;the non-metallic mineral products industry is the primary industry with standard pollution loads such as sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides,and particulate matter emissions,with load proportions of 29.19%,41.13%,and 54.88%,respectively;while the electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry is the leading industry for VOC and other standard pollution loads,the load ratio is 35.47%.Through the cluster analysis of the standard pollution loads of major industrial waste gas pollutants in various regions of Fujian Province,Fujian Province is divided into three types based on their pollution level,Fuzhou City,Quanzhou City,Sanming City,Longyan City and Zhangzhou City with heavy pollution level;Nanping City,Putian City,Xiamen City and Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone with medium pollution level;Ningde City,with a single pollutant outstanding.
