水源热泵联合市政集中供热的系统设计方案及供热模式分析

摘要 针对济南市某住宅小区集中供热负荷不足的情况,提出水源热泵联合市政集中供热的系统设计方案及供热模式,并结合实际项目进行了研究。结果显示:经济性运行方案下,建议平电、谷电时段采用热泵供热,峰电时段采用市政集中供热系统供热模式;统筹经济性稳定性运行方案下,建议采用市政集中供热系统负担50%热负荷+水源热泵系统负担50%热负荷的供热模式,该供热模式下单位面积热指标为38 W/m2,水源热泵能效比为3.73,运行效率较高。为多种热源联合供热运行模式分析提供了参考思路。 This paper proposes a system design scheme and heating mode for water source heat pump combined with municipal centralized heating in response to the insufficient load of centralized heating in a residential community in Jinan City,and conducts research based on actual projects.The results show that under the economic operation scheme,it is recommended to use heat pumps for heating during the period offlat electricity and offpeak electricity,and the municipal centralized heating for heating during the peak electricity period;Under the overall economic stability operation scheme,it is recommended to adopt the heating mode that the municipal centralized heating bears 50%of the heat load+the water source heat pump system bears 50%of the heat load.Under this heating mode,the heat index per unit area is 38 W/m2,and the energy efficiency ratio of the water source heat pump is 3.73,so the operation efficiency is high.
