高职院校开展劳动教育的问题及策略研究

Research on the Problems and Strategies of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

劳动教育对高职院校学生的成长成才具有重要的意义。高职院校开展劳动教育面临着学校对劳动教育的重视程度不够、开展劳动教育的软件建设不完善、校内外劳动教育资源整合性不足和学生对劳动教育认知不足等问题。应从正视劳动教育的重要性、加强开展劳动教育的软件条件建设、校企与校校协同整合劳动教育资源、多方式引导学生树立正确的劳动价值观等方面提出解决策略。

Labor education is of great significance to the growth of students in higher vocational colleges.The development of labor education in higher vocational colleges is faced with the problems of insufficient attention to labor education,imperfect software construction of labor education,insufficient integration of labor education resources inside and outside the school,and students'insufficient cognition of labor education.Some solutions are put forward from the aspects of facing up to the importance of labor education,strengthening the construction of sofware conditions for labor education,integrating labor education resources between schools and enterprises,and guiding students to establish correct labor values in many ways.
