随着建筑工程建设的不断发展,新技术、新工艺不断应用于施工过程,而传统的工程运维管理方式已经很难满足施工企业的需求。因此,拟利用电子信息技术研究建筑工程信息化运维整体解决方案。通过分析建筑工程管理中的5方关系,以现场监控和过程管理为突破口,为施工企业设计了一套信息化运维的整体解决方案,以期能为建筑工程的信息化、规范化、现代化以及智慧化发展提供帮助。

With the continuous development of construction projects,new technologies and processes are constantly being applied in the construction process,and traditional engineering operation and maintenance management methods are no longer able to meet the needs of construction enterprises.Therefore,it is planned to use electronic information technology to study the overall solution for construction engineering informatization operation and maintenance.By analyzing the five relationships in construction project management and taking on-site monitoring and process management as breakthroughs,a comprehensive solution for information operation and maintenance has been designed for construction enterprises,with the aim of providing assistance for the informatization,standardization,modernization,and intelligent development of construction projects.
