生活饮用水用聚氯化铝中铁含量测定方法改进

摘要 铁是人体内合成血红蛋白的必需元素,人体中铁的摄入主要来源于食物和水,水中铁相对于食物中铁更易被人体吸收,铁的缺乏和摄入过量均会导致相应的疾病,因此,在水处理过程中控制铁的引入尤为重要。水处理剂中铁含量检测方法为邻菲啰啉分光光度法,检测过程复杂繁琐,使用药品种类多、用量大,不利于检验检测工作的开展。文中采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定生活饮用水用聚氯化铝中铁含量,在248.3 nm波长下,校正标准工作曲线线性良好,相关系数R2=0.999 1,空白加标样品和样品相对标准偏差为0.5%~1.2%,加标回收率为94.0%~104.9%。该方法可直接使用测定铅、镉和铬含量时制备的样品进行测试,方法简单方便,易于操作,对仪器的要求低,可满足生活饮用水用聚氯化铝中铁含量的检测要求。另外,该方法使用药品少,在节省检测成本同时对环境影响小,且提高了检测工作效率。 Iron is an essential element for the synthesis of hemoglobin in the human body.The intake of iron in the human body mainly comes from food and water.Iron in water is easier to be absorbed by the human body than iron in food.The lack and excessive intake of iron will lead to corresponding diseases.Therefore,it is particularly important to control the introduction of iron in the water treatment process.The determination method of iron content in water treatment chemicals is o-phenanthroline spectrophotometry.It is complex and cumbersome,with many kinds of drugs and large dosage,which is not conducive to the test work.In this paper,the flame atomic absorption spectroscopy was used to determine the iron content in the polyaluminium chloride for treatment of drinking water.At the wavelength of 248.3 nm,the calibration standard working carve had good linearity,the correlation coefficient R^(2)=0.9991,the relative standard deviation of blank spiked sample and sample spiking was 0.5%~1.2%,and the recovery rate was 94.0%~104.9%.This method can directly use the samples prepared when determining the content of lead,cadmium and chromium for testing.The method is simple and convenient,easy operation,and low requirements for equipment,it can meet the detection requirements of iron content in polyaluminium chloride for treatment of drinking water.In addition,fewer kinds chemicals are needed for this method,at the same time,this method also saves detection costs.This method not only has less impact on environment but also improves detection efficiency.
