摘要
为提高城市轨道交通车辆基地的安全性,自2019年发布《城市轨道交通初期运营前安全评估技术规范第1部分:地铁和轻轨》起,交通运输部要求线路开通前车辆基地安装列位外声光警示设施并通过验收。目前国内尚没有对声光警示设施进行统一的规定,近年开通的城市轨道交通车辆基地均按要求进行安装,但各地采用的方式不同。该文通过对各地车辆基地进行调研,介绍3种最常用的方案,并对方案进行对比分析。
In order to improve the safety of urban rail transit vehicle bases,since the issuance of the"Technical Specifications for Safety Assessment Before Initial Operation of Urban Rail Transit Part 1:Metro and Light Rail"in 2019,the Ministry of Transport requires the vehicle base to install sound and light warning facilities outside the column before the opening of the line and pass the acceptance.At present,there is no unified regulation of sound and light warning facilities in China,and the urban rail transit vehicle bases opened in recent years have been installed according to requirements,but the methods used in various places are different.Based on the investigation of local vehicle bases,this paper introduces the three most commonly used schemes,and makes a comparative analysis of the schemes.
