摘要
在房屋建筑工程施工中,地基处理是房屋建筑施工的基础,地基的稳定性、承载力、变形等将直接影响房屋建筑后续的施工质量和使用寿命。因此,在房屋建筑施工中需要做好地基建设。基于此,在房屋建筑工程施工中,需要对地基处理技术进行详细分析、探究,做好地基处理工作,提高地基的稳定性和承载力,确保房屋建筑工程的施工质量和后期使用安全性。该文以某房屋建筑工程施工中地基处理为研究案例对象,分析该工程地基施工中的处理技术要点,并对施工后的地基检测点承载力进行检测分析,从而对地基施工技术的效果进行分析评价。以此种方式来不断完善地基施工处理技术。
In the building construction,the foundation treatment is the foundation of the building construction,and the stability,bearing capacity and deformation of the foundation will directly affect the subsequent construction quality and service life of the building.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job of foundation construction in building construction.Based on this,in the construction of the building project,it is necessary to analyze and explore the foundation treatment technology in detail,do a good job in the foundation treatment,improve the stability and bearing capacity of the foundation,and ensure the construction quality and later use safety of the building project.Taking the foundation treatment in the construction of a building project as the research case object,this paper analyzes the key points of the foundation treatment technology in the foundation construction of the project,and tests and analyzes the bearing capacity of the foundation testing point after the construction.Thus,the effect of foundation construction technology is analyzed and evaluated.In this way to constantly improve the foundation construction treatment technology.
