GC-MS在毒品犯罪案件检验鉴定中的应用研究

气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)作为重要的分离技术,已广泛应用于毒品犯罪案件检验鉴定中,随着我国刑事科学技术的突飞猛进及技术打击毒品犯罪的快速发展,公安机关的鉴定工作对以色谱-质谱分析为主要内容的需求也日益增加。该文通过典型案例分析实例的介绍,给出针对不同类型样本建立最佳色谱-质谱分析方法的思路,以期实现毒品犯罪案件检验鉴定质量控制的正确应用。

As an important separation technology,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)has been widely used in the inspection and identification of drug crime cases.With the rapid development of criminal science and technology in China and the rapid development of technology to combat drug crime,the identification work of public security organs has an increasing demand for the main content of the chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis.Through the introduction of typical case analysis examples,this paper gives the idea of establishing the best chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis method for different types of samples,in order to realize the correct application of quality control of drug crime case inspection and identification.
