产教融合机制下酿酒技术专业群教学资源体系建设路径研究——以泸州职业技术学院为例

Research on Construction Path of Teaching Resource System for Liquor-making Technology Professional Group Under Mechanism of Integration of Industry and Education-taking Luzhou Vocational&Technical College as an Example

以酿酒技术专业群教学资源体系产教融合建设的现状分析为起点,探究产教融合机制下酿酒技术高水平专业群教学资源体系的建设。基于产业需求和学校发展实际,从共建校企合作课程体系、开发校企“双元”特色教材、搭建校企协作实践平台、建设育训并举专业群资源库、打造高水平结构化师资团队五个方面,探索产教融合机制下酿酒技术专业群教学资源体系建设的路径,持续推进酿酒技术专业群发展,培育精准对接白酒产业需求的高素质技术技能人才,助力泸州白酒产业转型升级。

Starting from the analysis of the current situation of the integration of industry and education in the teaching resource system of the liquor-making technology professional group,the construction of the high-level teaching resource system of the liquor-making technology professional group under the mechanism of industry and education integration was explored.Based on industrial needs and the actual development of the college,the path of constructing a teaching resource system for the liquor-making technology professional group under the mechanism of integration of industry and education was explored from five aspects as follows:construction of college-enterprise joint curriculum system,developing college-enterprise"dual"characteristic textbooks,building a college-enterprise cooperative practice platform,construction of a professional group resource library for education and training,and creating a high-level structured teaching team.The development of the liquor-making technology professional group will be promoted continuously;high-quality technical talents that accurately meet the needs of the Baijiu industry will be trained to help the transformation and upgrading of Baijiu industry in Luzhou.
