摘要
为提高应用型本科高校毕业生就业率,对《白酒生产技术》课程教学进行探索与研究。首先深入企业调研白酒生产岗位人才需求,结合本校人才培养目标,对《白酒生产技术》课程教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学考核方式等进行一些列探索与研究,采用数理统计和Likert5级评分法,对探索前后的教学效果进行评估。数理统计结果显示,教学探索后学生的平均成绩明显提高,成绩的离散程度未发生改变;Likert5级评分法结果显示,学生就业能力、课程满意度、实践能力和自学能力均高于探索前。
In order to improve the employment rate of applied college graduates,the teaching of Liquor Production Technology was explored and studied.First in-depth research liquor production enterprise post demand,combined with our school talent training goal,to"liquor production technology"course teaching goal,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching evaluation means,such as a series of exploration and research,by using mathematical statistics and Likert5 grade evaluation method,to explore and evaluate the teaching effect.The results of mathematical statistics show that the average score of the students is significantly improved after the teaching exploration,and the degree of dispersion of the scores has not changed.The results of Likert5 grading method show that the students'employability,course satisfaction,practical ability and self-study ability are all higher than those before exploration.
