摘要
针对传统地籍测绘效率低、入户难、风险大等问题,文章在分析倾斜摄影测量技术后,提出采用倾斜摄影技术进行地籍测量。首先对任务区进行倾斜影像数据采集和像控点测量,然后进行空中三角测量解算和实景三维模型生产,最后进行地籍测绘。利用实地采集的房角点坐标和丈量的房屋边长对地籍成果精度进行检测统计。经检测,其界址点精度和房屋边长精度均可满足地籍测绘二级精度要求,可以为农村房地一体项目测绘提供参考借鉴。
In view of the low efficiency,difficulty in entering the household and high risk of traditional cadastral surveying and mapping,this paper analyzes the tilt photogrammetry technology,and proposes to use the tilt photogrammetry technology for cadastral surveying.Firstly,tilt image data collection and control point measurement are carried out on the task area,followed by aerial triangulation calculation and production of realistic 3D models.Finally,cadastral surveying and mapping are carried out.Use the coordinates of the corner points of the house collected on site and the measured length of the house to test and count the accuracy of the cadastral results.After testing,the accuracy of the boundary point and the accuracy of the house edge can meet the secondary accuracy requirements of cadastral surveying and mapping,which can provide reference for the surveying and mapping of rural housing and land integration projects.
