摘要
文章所要研究的电力自动化立体仓库核心问题即是多设备多系统多数据源数据交互问题,硬件设备基于OPC方式进行数据集成,系统采用RESTful接口服务方式与WCS、电力智慧供应链运营决策中心进行数据交换和共享,缩减传统SOAP服务方式复杂的XML格式化命令和较多的数据传输选项。最后通过A-WMS部分设计展示功能,验证电力自动化立体仓库设备之间高效、灵活的数据采集及读写任务,较好地实现了立库各类设备的数据信息管理与控制。
The core issue of the power automation stereoscopic warehouse that this paper aims to study is the problem of data interaction among multiple devices,multiple systems,and multiple data sources.Hardware devices integrate data based on OPC mode,and the system uses RESTful interface services to exchange and share data with WCS and the power smart supply chain operation decision-making center,reducing the complex XML formatting commands and many data transmission options of traditional SOAP service methods.Finally,display function is designed through the A-WMS part,verify the efficient and flexible data acquisition and reading and writing tasks among the power automation stereoscopic warehouse equipments,and better realize the data information management and control of all kinds of equipments in the stereoscopic warehouse.
