摘要
运用系统动力学方法分析生鲜农产品社区团购供应链运作流程后,建立四级生鲜农产品社区团购供应链仿真模型,研究到货提前期、需求波动、自提点数量变化、保鲜投入的仿真方案对生鲜农产品社区团购供应链的影响。最终得出:延长到货时间会增加共享仓库存波动;需求波动不会对生鲜农产品社区团购供应链产生牛鞭效应;随着自提点数量增多,社区团购平台分拣成本呈先降低后上升的变化趋势;保鲜投入有利于供应链节点成员利润增加。通过分析不同仿真方案对共享仓库存和供应链利润的影响,为生鲜农产品社区团购发展提供对策建议。
In this paper,we first used the system dynamics method to analyze the operation process of the fresh agricultural product community group purchase supply chain,established a four-level fresh agricultural product community group purchase supply chain simulation model to examine the impact of arrival lead time,demand fluctuation,change in the number of self-pickup points,and freshness preservation input on the supply chain.Finally,it is concluded that:prolonging the arrival time would increase the inventory fluctuation of the shared warehouse;demand fluctuation would not cause bullwhip effect in the supply chain;as the self-pickup points increase in number,the sorting cost of the community group purchase platform would first decrease and then increase;and fresh-keeping investment is conducive to increasing the profits of the supply chain members.By analyzing the impact of different simulation schemes on shared warehouse inventory and supply chain profit,we provided countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the fresh agricultural product community group purchase supply chain.
