互涉和耦合:教师教育与基础教育协同发展的价值意蕴与实践路径 被引量:1

摘要 教师教育与基础教育作为新时代教育发展的重点领域,二者在长期的改革发展中是互为“源”“流”的关系。新时代教师教育与基础教育协同发展,需充分认识到协同发展在复归教师教育与基础教育共生关系、助力教师教育实践落地及提升基础教育质量等方面具有的重要价值。新时代教育发展的过程中,存在二者协同主体异化、协同纽带弱化、协同机制缺失等现实困境,需构建主体多元化、过程一体化及形态多样化的协同发展耦合模式,重塑教师教育与基础教育相互依存、交融交织、互为滋养的耦合样态,形成内部连接有序、外部统一高效的发展共同体,从而建设新时代高水平教师队伍,提升基础教育质量。 Teacher education and basic education,as the key areas of education development in the new era,are mutually"source"and"flow"in the long-term reform and development.The collaborative development of teacher education and basic education in the new era needs to fully realize the important value of collaborative development in restoring the symbiotic relationship between teacher education and basic education,helping the implementation of teacher education practice and improving the quality of basic education.In the process of the development of education in the new era,it is necessary to base on the realistic difficulties such as dissimilation of cooperative subject,weakening of cooperative bond and lack of cooperative mechanism.By constructing a coordinated development coupling model featuring diversified subjects,integrated processes and diversified forms,teacher education and basic education are reshaped in a coupling pattern of interdependence,integration and mutual nourishment,so as to form a development community with orderly internal connection and unified and efficient external connection,so as to build a high-level teacher team in a new era and improve the quality of basic education.
