重载铁路道岔区钢轨组合廓形及几何参数检测技术 被引量:2

摘要 针对当前道岔区轨道状态检查方法人工依赖度高、检测效率低等问题,对基于线结构光和惯性测量技术的道岔区钢轨组合廓形及几何参数检测技术进行研究,研制了道岔区轨道状态综合检测样机并开展了性能试验。结果表明:道岔区钢轨组合廓形检测技术可高分辨地获取重载铁路道岔区钢轨廓形,与钢轨轮廓仪的检测偏差在±0.2 mm以内;道岔几何参数检测技术可自动解算道岔区几何参数,得出的结构几何参数与人工检测方法的测量结果一致,得出的轨道几何参数与轨道检查仪测量结果的偏差基本控制在±2 mm以内;道岔轨道状态综合检测系统能够很好地替代现有人工检测手段,极大缩短检查时间,降低成本。 To solve the problems of high manual dependence and low detection efficiency of the current track state detection method in turnout area,the detection technology of rail combination profile and geometric parameters in turnout area based on line structured light and inertial measurement technology was studied,and a comprehensive detection prototype of turnout track state was developed and performance tests were carried out.The results show that the rail combination profile detection technology in the turnout area can accurately obtain the profile of the rail in the heavy haul railway turnout area,with a detection deviation of±0.2 mm from the rail profile.The turnout geometric parameter detection technology can automatically calculate the geometric parameters of the turnout area,and the obtained structural geometric parameters are consistent with the measurement results of manual detection methods.The deviation between the obtained track geometric parameters and the measurement results of the track detection instrument is basically controlled within±2 mm.The comprehensive detection system for turnout track status can effectively replace existing manual detection methods,greatly shortening detection time and reducing costs.
