The discipline of intelligence emerged in the 20th century,with some mysterious connotations inherent in“intelligence”,and intelligence is also widely used in the field of public security.The article relies on visualization technologies such as CiteSpace to analyze the current research status and development trends of public security intelligence in China.The arrival of the big data era requires us to re-examine the new changes brought by informatization to public security intelligence,provide new disciplinary positioning for its future development,and enable public security intelligence to play a greater role.
