摘要
“十四五”时期是公共图书馆实现智慧转型和品质提升的加速期,构建智慧服务体系不仅是当前的重要任务之一,也是推动智慧社会建设与发展的迫切需要。文章阐述了公共图书馆智慧服务体系内涵和建设的必要性,在深入分析智慧服务体系特征的基础上,围绕把握用户需求、转化馆员角色、创新评价机制、加强交流合作等方面进一步提出建设智慧服务体系的路径,旨在为提升公共图书馆智慧服务水平提供理论与实践的依据。
The“14th Five-year Plan”period is an acceleration period for public libraries to achieve intelligent transformation and quality improvement.Building a smart service system is not only one of the current important tasks,but also an urgent need to promote the construction and development of a smart society.The article elaborates on the connotation and necessity of building a smart service system for public libraries.Based on a thorough analysis of the characteristics of the smart service system,it further proposes paths for building a smart service system around grasping user needs,transforming the role of librarians,innovating evaluation mechanisms,and strengthening communication and cooperation.The aim is to provide theoretical and practical basis for improving the level of smart services in public libraries.
