Theoretical logic and practical direction of strengthening reading service system in public libraries

图书馆是国家文化服务体系建设的重要组成部分,为强化服务质量,文章研究了公共图书馆阅读服务体系强化的理论逻辑与实践指向,从公共图书馆阅读服务体系强化凸显了文化的作用和人民中心论两方面,明确其强化的理论逻辑。基于理论逻辑提出发挥公共图书馆的引领作用、重视公共图书馆的硬件建设、完善管理机制、发挥公共图书馆工作人员的创造性4项公共图书馆阅读服务体系强化的实践指向,以期进一步完善公共图书馆阅读服务体系。

Library is an important part of the construction of national cultural service system.In order to strengthen the service quality,this paper studies the theoretical logic and practical direction of strengthening the reading service system of public library.This paper defines the theoretical logic of its strengthening from two aspects:the strengthening of the reading service system of the public library highlights the role of culture and the people-centered theory.Based on the theoretical logic,this paper puts forward four practical directions to strengthen the reading service system of public library,such as giving play to the leading role of public library,paying attention to the hardware construction of public library,improving the management mechanism and giving full play to the creativity of public library staff,in order to further improve the reading service system of public library.
