摘要
随着电网馈线负荷的逐年增加,高压开关柜长时间高负荷运行,因而发热问题愈发突出,开关柜内外形成空气对流有效散热显的十分重要。本文针对早期KYN型开关柜散热系统存在的问题,分析造成散热不足的原因,研制一种可实现开关柜内外空气循环对流的开关柜附柜,采用增加对流风机和风道主动散热的方法,在不改变整体结构和保证开关柜防护等级情况下,实现开关柜内部热空气与外部冷空气对流以降低开关柜运行温度的目的,并通过110 kV上南站KYN型大电流开关柜散热系统改造应用案例验证了该技术实用有效。
With the load of power grid increases by years,high-voltage switch cabinet has been operating under high load for a long time,which results in prominent heating problems.Therefore,it is very important to form air convection and effective heat dissipation inside and outside the switch cabinet.Focusing on the problems existing in the heat dissipation system of early KYN type switch cabinet,the reasons for insufficient heat dissipation are analyzed,and a switch cabinet accessory that can achieve air circulation and convection inside and outside the switch cabinet are developed in this paper.By adding convection fans and air ducts to actively dissipate heat,the aim of achieving convection between hot air inside and cold air outside the switchgear and reducing the operating temperature of the switch cabinet is achieved without changing the overall structure and ensuring the protection level of the switch cabinet.The practicality and effectiveness of the proposed technology is verified through the application case of KYN type high current switch cabinet heat dissipation system modification in 110 kV Shangnan Station.
