民宿空间集聚的县域经济增长效应研究:以云南省为例

Research on the County-Level Economic Growth Effects of Aggregated Homestay Spaces:A Case Study of Yunnan Province

民宿作为乡村振兴背景下涌现出的新兴业态,对当地文旅产业发展和经济增长都具有重要影响。本文基于云南省县域民宿POI数据和县域宏观经济数据,利用ArcGIS识别云南省民宿在县域范围的集聚特征,在测算民宿集聚程度基础上,系统研究云南省县域民宿集聚的经济增长效应及其对周边临县经济增长的空间溢出效应。研究发现,民宿集聚程度对县域经济增长具有显著的正向影响,且对周边相邻县域经济增长也具有较强的空间溢出效应。异质性分析结果表明,相比于其他县域,民宿产业集聚对脱贫县、拥有3A级及以上景区县和拥有铁路站点县的经济增长具有更明显的带动作用。

As an emerging business in the context of rural revitalization,homestays have significant impacts on the development of local cultural and tourism industries as well as economic growth.Based on the POI data of county-level homestay in Yunnan Province and county-level macroeconomic data,this paper uses ArcGIS to identify the agglomeration characteristics of homestays in Yunnan Province in the county range.Building upon the calculation of the degree of homestays agglomeration,this paper systematically examines the economic growth effects of homestays agglomeration at the county level in Yunnan Province,as well as the spatial spillover effects on the economic growth of neighboring counties.The research indicates that the degree of homestays agglomeration has a significant positive impact on county-level economic growth,and it also exhibits strong spatial spillover effects on the economic growth of adjacent counties.Heterogeneity analysis results show that compared to other counties,the agglomeration of the homestay industry has a more pronounced driving effect on the economic growth of poverty-stricken counties,counties with 3A-level or higher scenic areas,and counties with railway stations.
