摘要
介绍了电机运转过程中轴承及运转系统出现异响和轴承温升过高的原因及处理措施。对影响轴承温升的轴承与轴承台和轴承套的配合公差、轴承润滑脂的加注量与实际操作的可执行性、轴承电蚀、密封摩擦和轴承装配质量对电机轴承温升的影响进行分析。
It introduces the reasons and treatments of motor operation noise and bearing high temperature during normal operation.The impact of tolerance fitting,lubrication,corrosion,sealing friction,and assembly quality on the temperature rise of motor bearings are analyzed.
