摘要
钱塘江处于长三角经济圈内,为保障我国经济最发达地区水安全,率先实现现代化,近年来,浙江省钱塘江流域中心总结历史治江经验,不断创新,取得了丰硕的成果。结合快速发展的无人机及AI技术探索一种新的海塘巡查模式。基于该模式实现无人机对海塘全自主无人值守,达到任务自动下发、无人机自主飞巡数据自动采集、缺陷自主研判、缺陷报告定向派发、消缺情况核实等业务闭环应用,完成海塘沿线10 km范围内12 min快速巡检,35 min精细化巡检,最终实现减员提质增效。
Qiantang River is located in the Yangtze River Delta economic circle,which is the most economically developed regions of China.In order to ensure water security in this region and take the lead in realizing modernization,in recent years,the Qiantang River Basin Center of Zhejiang Province has summarized historical experience in river management,and made continuous innovation,achieving fruitful results.This article explores a new seawall inspection mode based on the rapid development of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)and AI technology.Based on this mode,UAVs are fully autonomous and unattended for seawall dams,achieving closed loop applications such as automatic task distribution,automatic collection of UAV autonomous flight patrol data,independent defect research and judgment,directional distribution of defect reports,and verification of defect elimination.It is able to complete a 12-minute rapid inspection and a 35-minute refined inspection within a 10-km range along the seawall,which will ultimately achieve personnel reduction,quality improvement,and efficiency improvement.
