近十年国内外呼吸科护士相关研究文献可视化分析

Visualized analysis of literature on respiratory nurses at home and abroad in recent ten years

目的通过分析近十年国内外对呼吸科护士的研究现状,比较国内与国外研究热点及研究主题,为我国呼吸科护士的职业发展提供参考。方法计算机检索中文数据库:CNKI、WanFang Data、CBM、VIP;英文数据库:Web of Science、PubMed、Cochrane Library、EMBASE,对其收录的与呼吸科护士相关的文献进行可视化分析。检索时间为2011年1月1日~2021年4月30日。采用BICOMS-2分析软件抽取和整理主要信息,并生成共现矩阵,采用Ucinet6.0软件NetDraw绘制社会网络图,采用Gcluto软件对关键词进行聚类分析。结果最终纳入中文文献302篇,英文文献159篇,发文数量总体呈逐年增长趋势。国外研究内容主要集中在呼吸科护士的健康教育、社区服务、心理护理、循证护理、护理能力等领域;国内研究内容主要集中在呼吸科护士的职业暴露、职业倦怠、核心能力、压力应对、培训等领域;国外未来研究热点和发展方向为随机对照试验、专科护士、预防保健等;国内未来研究热点和发展方向为呼吸专科护士、呼吸治疗护士、呼吸重症监护室、质性研究、呼吸道传染病等。结论与国外相比,近十年我国高质量的呼吸科护士相关研究文献较少,研究内容深度和广度需拓展,应借鉴国外研究热点和发展方向,进一步加大对我国呼吸科护士相关研究领域的力度。

Objective To provide reference for the development of respiratory nurses in China by analyzing the research status of respiratory nurses at home and abroad in recent ten years and comparing the research hotspots and theme in China and abroad.Methods Research literatures related to respiratory nurses included in CNKI,Wanfang Data,CBM and VIP databases and in Web of Science,PubMed and Web of Science,PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMBASE were searched by computer for visualized analysis.The retrieval time was from January 1,2011 to April 30,2021.The BICOMS-2 analysis software was used to extract and sort out the main information and generate the co-occurrence matrix.The UCINET6.0 software NetDraw was used to draw the network diagram,and the GCLUTO software was used to perform cluster analysis on the key words.Results 302 Chinese articles and 159 English articles were included,and the number of published articles showed an increasing trend.Foreign research contents mainly focused on health education,community service,psychological nursing,evidence-based nursing,nursing ability and other fields of nurses in respiratory nurses.Domestic research contents mainly focused on occupational exposure,job burnout,core competence,stress coping,training and other fields of respiratory nurses.The future research hotspots and development directions of foreign respiratory nurses were randomized controlled trials,specialist nurses,preventive health care.The future research hotspots and development directions of related research on respiratory nurses in China were respiratory specialist nurses,respiratory therapist nurse,respiratory intensive care units,qualitative research,respiratory infectious diseases.Conclusion Compared with foreign countries,there are few high-quality research literatures on respiratory nurses in China in the past ten years,and the depth and breadth of research content need to be expanded.We should learn from the research hotspots and development directions of foreign countries,and further strengthen the research field of respiratory nurses in China.
