突发公共卫生事件下高职学生信息行为研究

信息行为研究是当前信息管理研究的重要领域之一。该研究以新冠病毒感染疫情为例,通过线上问卷调查等方法,通过对国内外相关研究文献的系统梳理,系统调研突发公共卫生事件中高职学生信息行为的特征和信息服务现状,探究影响高职学生信息行为的关键因素,从政府、学校、图书馆等公共服务机构及媒体四个层面提出针对高职学生的信息服务策略,为高职院校优化信息服务模式提供借鉴,为职能部门在突发公共卫生事件中提供科学的决策依据。

Information behavior research is one of the important fields of current information management research.Taking the epidemic situation of COVID-19 infection as an example,this study systematically investigated the characteristics of information behavior and information service status of vocational college students in public health emergencies through online questionnaire survey and other methods,and systematically sorted out relevant research literature at home and abroad,to explore the key factors affecting the information behavior of vocational college students,proposing information service strategies for vocational college students from the four levels of government,schools,libraries,and other public service institutions,as well as media,to provide reference for vocational colleges to optimize information service models,and provide scientific decision-making basis for functional departments in public health emergencies.
