论高校发展性心理咨询的开展途径

发展性心理咨询正逐渐成为高校心理咨询的基本模式。与障碍性心理咨询相比,发展性心理咨询在咨询目的、对象、方式、内容及主要工作任务等方面均具有自身的特点。根据目前高校发展性心理咨询现状,开展发展性心理咨询的方式主要包括打造素质过硬的师资队伍、课堂教学与课外活动相结合、个别咨询与团体辅导相结合、阶段指导与全程跟踪相结合及建立二级心理健康教育工作站等。

Developmental psychological counseling is gradually becoming the basic mode of psychological counseling in universities.Compared with remedial psychological counseling,developmental psychological counseling has its own characteristics in counseling purposes,objects,methods,content,and main tasks.According to the current status of developmental psychological counseling in universities,the ways to carry out developmental psychological counseling mainly include building a highly qualified faculty team,combining classroom teaching with extracurricular activities,combining individual counseling with group guidance,combining stage guidance with full-course tracking,and establishing secondary mental health education workstations.
