摘要
对分课堂的研究中,跨学科和反思型是课堂实践探索后进行改进的积极研究方式。本科后半段的师范类专业课教学应基于学生学习目标的差异给予更为科学全面的培养方式,在调研基础上提出研究型人才的培养要求。研究型人才的培养核心在于问题分析意识和组织研究能力的提升,更贴合本科师范类高学段学生的学习需求。因此,根据对分课堂中的导读式教学的基本模块和自主讨论交流相结合,对传统文学史课堂教学进行优化,得出三个研究结论。
Interdisciplinarity and introspection are positive ways to improve classroom practice.In the DuiFen class,teachers'professional courses should be trained in a more scientific and comprehensive way based on the differences of students'learning objectives,and the training requirements for research-oriented talents should be put forward based on investigation.The core of the cultivation of research-oriented talents lies in the improvement of problem analysis consciousness and organizational research ability,which is more suitable for the learning needs of teachers in higher education.Therefore,according to the combination of the basic module of guided teaching in the sub-class and independent discussion and communication,the traditional literature history classroom teaching is optimized,and three research conclusions are drawn.
