高校基层党组织服务乡村振兴协同机制探析

高校基层党组织是落实乡村振兴战略的重要力量,在引领乡村治理方面具有政治优势、资源优势及人才优势。目前,高校基层党组织服务乡村振兴存在主体缺乏合作、信息资源无法高效流通、服务乡村振兴运行机制不健全的问题。协同理论强调开放系统下子系统协作的重要性,序参量的支配作用及自组织原理可提高复杂系统的有序性,能够为高校党建服务乡村这一复杂系统的有序化运行提供理论指导。构建协同机制,以主体协同加强多元主体互动;以资源协同促进合作主体之间信息流通;以体制协同深化教育链、人才链、创新链和产业链“四链”融合,探索高校基层党组织服务乡村振兴建设路径,打造乡村发展新格局。

The grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities are important forces in implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,and have political advantages,resource advantages and talent advantages in leading rural governance.At present,the grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities lack cooperation in serving rural revitalization,information resources cannot be efficiently circulated,and the operating mechanism for serving rural revitalization is not sound.The synergy theory emphasizes the importance of collaboration among subsystems of the open system.The dominant role of the order parameter and the self-organization principle improve the order of the complex system,and can provide theoretical guidance for the orderly operation of the complex system of university party construction serving the countryside.We should build a synergy mechanism and strengthen the interaction of multiple subjects by subject synergy,promote the information flow between the cooperation subjects with the coordination of resources,deepen the integration of the"four chains"of education chain,talent chain,innovation chain and industry chain through system coordination,explore the path of university grass-roots party organizations serving rural revitalization and construction,and create a new pattern of rural development.
