At the fundamental level,we owe the success of our Party and socialism with Chinese charac-teristics to the fact that Marxism works,particularly when it is adapted to the Chinese context and the needs of our times.The ideas of“Marxism works”and“Marxism works to the Chinese context and the needs of the times”form a dialectical unity,whose theoretical logic is the scientific worldview and methodology,whose realistic logic is to“put the people first”,and whose historical logic is focusing on peace and development.Only when we deeply understand and master the intrinsic logical necessity of why“Marxism works”and“Marxism works to the Chinese context and the needs of the times”,can we be firm in our determination to walk on the Chinese path to modernization,to build a strong socialist country,and to realize great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era.
