不同标号的沥青及制备工艺对非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料性能的影响研究

摘要 研究了不同比例的200#沥青和70#沥青复配体系对非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料性能的影响,结果表明200#沥青和70#沥青的复配比例为7.5∶1时,制得的非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料综合性能和施工性能最优。同时,研究了不同的分散设备和转速对非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料性能的影响,采用桨式分散盘,在500~1000 r/m下进行分散,制得的非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料综合性能和施工性能最优。 The effect of different proportions of 200#asphalt and 70#asphalt composite systems on the performance of non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating is studied.The results show that when the compounding ratio of 200#asphalt and 70#asphalt is 7.5∶1,the comprehensive performance and construction performance of the non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating are the best.Meanwhile,the effects of different dispersing equipment and rotating speed on the performance of the coating are researched as well,and it turns out that with paddle type agitator and at the speed of 500~1000 r/m,the comprehensive performance and construction performance are optimal.
