高延弹超薄罩面“白加黑”技术用于城市下穿地道路面的快速维修

High Ductility and Ultra-thin Overlay Technology Used for Road Rapid Maintenance of Urban Underpasses

上海市徐汇区衡山路地道路面的快速维修采用了高延弹超薄罩面“白加黑”技术,针对地道路面渗水问题,采取“灌缝胶填缝+开孔引流”的方式进行处理,路面采用高延弹特种改性沥青混合料铺筑成20 mm厚超薄罩面,解决了原地道路面因长期渗水导致的沥青起壳、开裂、脱落等一系列问题,实现了路面防水、抗滑、降噪、美观等效果。

High ductility and ultra-thin“white and black”overlay technology is adopted for the rapid maintenance of Hengshan Road underpass pavement in Xuhui District of Shanghai.In view of the water seepage problem of underpass road,“joint filling with sealant+hole opening for drainage”methods are used to deal with it,and the road is paved with high ductility and special modified asphalt mixture to form a 20 mm thick ultra-thin overlay,which solves a series of problems such as asphalt peeling,cracking and falling off caused by long-term water seepage of the original road surface,and achieves waterproofing,anti-slip,noise reduction and aesthetic effects on the road surface.
