摘要
针对北京三号卫星多目标成像、条带拼幅成像、立体成像和沿迹成像等多种成像模式的特点,突破基于嵌入式设备的在轨智能观测和影像处理技术、适应多种成像模式的地面预处理技术及多视角卫星实景三维生产技术等,实现了“星地一体、提速提质”的能力建设。基于卫星高精度立体成像技术生成的实景三维产品,在数字孪生社区与城市精细化管理、矿区动态监测及地质灾害隐患识别等领域具有较大的应用优势,可以满足3维空间信息的相关需求,能进一步拓宽遥感卫星的应用领域和范围,持续提升卫星遥感大数据和空间信息综合应用服务水平。
In response to the characteristics of multiple imaging modes such as multi target imaging,strip framing imaging,stereo imaging and along track imaging on BJ-3 satellites,breakthroughs have been made in intelligent observation and image processing technologies based on embedded devices,ground preprocessing technology that adapts to multiple imaging modes,and multi view satellite real scene 3D production technology,achieving the ability construction of“satellite ground integration,speed improvement and quality improvement”.The real scene 3D products based on satellite high-precision stereo imaging technology have great advantages in digital twin community and urban fine management,dynamic monitoring of mining areas and identification of geological hazards,which can meet the relevant needs of 3D spatial information,further expand the application field and scope of remote sensing satellites,and continuously improve the service level of satellite remote sensing big data and comprehensive application of spatial information.
