摘要
针对北京三号A/B卫星高刚度太阳翼开展了分析及试验验证,包括基板准静态分析和静力试验验证,太阳翼收拢状态和展开状态模态分析及收拢状态力学环境试验及展开基频测试,以及太阳翼地面展开试验。通过基板准静态分析获取了太阳翼基板铺层设计的强度裕度,后又经静力试验验证了分析结果;太阳翼收拢和展开模态分析结果也均与试验结果一致性良好,且通过收拢状态力学环境试验前后特征级曲线对比,可知太阳翼可耐受发射段载荷;太阳翼地面展开试验证明了太阳翼展开性能,且多次展开后关键参数一致性良好。
In this paper,the analysis and test verification of the high stiffness solar arrays of the BJ-3A/B satellites are carried out,including the quasi-static analysis,static test verification of the substrate,model analysis of the solar arrays in its retracted and deployed state,mechanical environment test in its retracted state,and fundamental frequency test in its deployed state,as well as the ground deployment test of the solar arrays.The strength margin of the solar arrays substrate is obtained through the quasi-static analysis of the substrate,and the static test verifies the analysis results.The modal analysis results of the solar arrays retraction and deployment are also in good agreement with the test results.Through the comparison of the characteristic level curves before and after the mechanical environment test in the retraction state,the solar array can withstand the load during the launch.The ground deployment test of the solar arrays has proved the deployment performance,and the key parameters are in good agreement after multiple deployment.
