黄药子,又名黄独,为薯蓣科薯蓣属植物黄独的干燥块茎。具有解毒消肿,化痰散结,凉血止血之功效。常用于甲状腺肿大,淋巴结结核,咽喉肿痛,吐血,咯血,百日咳,癌肿。其药用价值广,但同时也有肝脏毒性等副作用存在。通过查阅相关研究资料对黄药子的化学成分如甾体、萜类、黄酮类、酚类、有机酸类、生物碱和糖苷类及药理作用如抗肿瘤、镇痛抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、抗糖尿病、抗免疫系统疾病、抗心血管疾病、抗甲状腺等进行总结,为临床应用提供合理依据。

Huangyaozi,also known as Huangdu,is the dried tuber of the Dioscoreaceae Dioscorea plant Huangdu.It has the effects of detoxifying and reducing swelling,resolving phlegm and resolving nodules,cooling blood and stopping bleeding.It is commonly used for goiter,lymph node tuberculosis,sore throat,hematemesis,hemoptysis,whooping cough,and cancer.Its medicinal value is wide,but it also has side effects such as liver toxicity.Through consulting relevant research materials,the chemical components of Huangyaozi such as steroids,terpenoids,flavonoids,phenols,organic acids,alkaloids and glycosides,and pharmacological effects,such as anti-tumor,analgesic and anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral,anti diabetes,anti immune system diseases,anti cardiovascular diseases,anti thyroid,are summarized to provide a reasonable basis for clinical application.
