“三因制宜”是中医学重要的治疗原则,是指根据季节、地域、人群之不同制定适宜的治疗方案,是“同病异治、异病同治”思想的重要体现。因时制宜是其重要组成部分。传统观点认为,“因时”是指不同季节气候对人体疾病会产生影响。鱼涛主任医师结合多年临床实践,创新性的提出因时制宜的“时”还应该包括时代,即“因时代制宜”,不同时代,因政治、经济、文化等不同,也会对人体及疾病的发生发展产生重要影响,即自然环境会对疾病的发生发展产生影响,同样社会环境也会对疾病的发生发展产生重大影响。当今时代,自然环境、社会环境均发生了深刻的变化,疾病谱也随之发生改变,在此复杂多变的环境中,“三因制宜”的与时俱进,对于当今时代疾病与病人的辨证论治显得尤为重要。
