Party Building and High-Quality Development in Public Hospitals

习近平法治思想的提出,是新时代全面依法治国的最新理论成果,体现了人民群众对法治建设的热切期盼,为新时代党建工作指明了方向。公立医院在谋求高质量发展的路上离不开党建工作的支持,加强公立医院党建工作是推进全面依法治国战略实施的重要内容,是深化医改和公立医院改革、完善中国特色医疗卫生制度体系的重要保障,更是满足人民群众日益增长健康需求的必然要求。论文从实际需求出发,针对现阶段公立医院面临的党建工作困境,以习近平法治思想为指导,力求将法治思想贯穿医院工作的每个环节,得出公立医院工作法治化推进的具体路径。

The introduction of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is the latest theoretical achievement of comprehensive and law-based governance in the new era,reflecting the people’s eager expectation for the construction of the rule of law,and guiding the direction of the party building work in the new era.Public hospitals cannot achieve high-quality development without the support of party building work.Strengthening the party building work of public hospitals is an important content of promoting the implementation of the comprehensive and law-based governance strategy,an important guarantee for deepening medical reform and reforming public hospitals,and improving the system of China’s medical and health care.It is also an inevitable requirement to meet the growing health needs of the people.Based on the practical needs,this paper addresses the current difficulties faced by public hospitals in party building work,and under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,strives to integrate legal thinking into every aspect of hospital work,and proposes a specific path for the legalization of public hospital work.
