我国公共图书馆扫码看书服务分析与思考

Analysis and Thinking on the“Scan Code for Reading”Service in Public Libraries in China

扫码看书是数字阅读时代重塑图书馆知识入口形象的重要途径。我国公共图书馆扫码看书服务呈现多元主体参与、自有资源与第三方资源结合、单一资源推荐与资源平台推荐并重等特点,但也存在着资源不够丰富、机制不够健全、品牌价值较弱、读者体验不佳等问题,文章提出了加强自有资源供给,打造服务资源集群;形成行业合作机制,健全服务体系标准;强化线上线下联动,注重服务品牌建设;牢固树立营销理念,重视服务效果评价等策略。

“Scan Code for Reading”is an important way to re-establish the image of library's knowledge entrance in the digital reading era.The“Scan Code for Reading”service of public libraries in China is characterized by multi-subject participation,the combination of self-owned resources and third-party resources,and the equal emphasis on single resource recommendation and resource platform recommendation.However,there are some problems such as insufficient resources,inadequate mechanism,weak brand value,and poor reader experience,which should be improved from the following aspects:1)strengthening the supply of self-owned resources and building a resource cluster;2)forming an industry cooperation mechanism and improving service system and standards;3)strengthening online and offline linkage,and pay attention to service brand building;4)firmly establishing marketing concept and attach importance to service effect evaluation.
