高强度透明微晶盖板玻璃研究与开发

摘要 随着手机等移动终端对盖板玻璃跌落和5G应用性能要求的不断提升,兼具玻璃和晶体的诸多优点、具有优异的抗跌落和光电性能的微晶玻璃开始在移动显示器件的盖板玻璃上显示出了广阔的应用前景。基于一种锂铝硅系高强度透明微晶盖板玻璃的成功开发,研究了高强度透明微晶玻璃的开发流程的确立、料方体系的开发、前体玻璃的制备工艺、前体玻璃的晶化、微晶玻璃强化工艺以及微晶盖板玻璃开发的检测评价流程和方法。 With the continuous improvement of mobile terminals such as mobile phones on cover glass falling and 5G application performance requirements,microcrystalline glass has many advantages of glass and crystal,excellent anti-drop and photoelectric properties,microcrystalline glass has been widely used in the cover glass of mobile display devices.Based on the successful development of microcrystalline cover glass,this paper focuses on the establishment of the development process of high strength transparent glass,the development of the feed system,the preparation process of precursor glass,the crystallization and strengthening process of precursor glass,and the detection and evaluation process and method of the development of microcrystalline cover glass.
