摘要
合理确定连接件参数是保证外墙免拆复合保温模板安全使用的关键。结合具体工程实际,通过理论分析结合现场拉拔实验,分析了连接件破坏典型形式及合理参数,考虑地震荷载0.613 kPa,建筑高度20~100 m,针对全国不同地区基础风压0.3~1.5 kN/m^(2),确定单个连接件所对应的合理面积为1.91~0.4 m^(2)。
Reasonable determination the parameters of connector is crucial to ensure the safe use of the exterior wall dismantling composite insulation formwork.Taking into account specific engineering practice,theoretical analysis,and on-site pulling experiment,the typical form and optimal parameters of connector failure were analyzed.Seismic load was considered to 0.613 kPa,building height ranging from 20-100 m.It was determined that the appropriate areafor a single connector ranged from 1.91-0.4 m²,corresponding to the foundation wind pressure 0.3-1.5 kN/m^(2)in dfferent regions of the country.
