摘要
在临床肿瘤学教学中,如何将复杂的理论知识及多变的临床病例结合并灵活运用,是临床带教老师亟待解决的问题之一。随着肿瘤领域医学研究的不断深入扩展,需带教传授的教学内容也随之不断加深。探讨了多学科综合治疗模式(multi-disciplinary team,MDT)协作教学在肿瘤学实习生临床带教中的效果,并分析了优缺点。
In clinical oncology teaching,how to combine complex theoretical knowledge with diverse clinical cases and flexibly apply them is one of the urgent problems that clinical teaching teachers need to solve.With the continuous deepening and expansion of medical research in the field of cancer,the teaching content has also been continuously deepened.The effectiveness of multidisciplinary team(MDT)collaborative teaching in clinical teaching of oncology interns were explored,and its advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.
