安徽省三甲医院影像专业规培生压力源与心理健康状况分析

Stress Sources and Mental Health Status of Imageology Standardized Training Students in Anhui Province

目的了解影像专业规培生的压力源和心理健康状况,探讨影响心理健康状况的影响因素,为改善规培生压力源与心理健康状况提供参考依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法选取安徽省三所三甲医院影像专业规培生,应用自编一般人口学调查表调查基本情况;采用压力源量表调查规培生压力源状况;应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查规培生的心理健康状况。结果影像专业规培生的压力源主要是知识与能力、工作认知和教学安排,各压力源维度与心理健康状况得分呈正相关(P<0.01),多重逐步线性回归显示心理健康状况的影响因素包括知识与能力(β=0.204,P=0.008)、工作认知(β=0.161,P=0.041)、教学安排(β=0.171,P=0.039)、接受心理卫生教育情况(β=0.370,P<0.001)。结论影像规培生的心理健康状况影响因素来自多方面,应加强对影像规培生的心理健康教育,正确面对压力源因素,促进心理健康。

Objective To understand the stress sources and mental health status of imageology standardized training students,and explore the influencing factors of mental health status,so as to provide reference for improving the stress sources and mental health status of imageology standardized training students.Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to select imageology standardized training students in Anhui province,and a self-designed general demographic questionnaire was used to investigate the basic situation.The stress source was investigated by the stress source scale.Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)was used to investigate the mental health status.Results The main stress sources were knowledge and ability,job cognition and teaching arrangement,and each stress sources dimension was positively correlated with the score of mental health status(P<0.01).Multiple stepwise linear regression showed that the influencing factors of mental health status included knowledge and ability(β=0.204,P=0.008),job cognition(β=0.161,P=0.041),teaching arrangement(β=0.171,P=0.039),and receiving mental health education(β=0.370,P<0.001).Conclusion The factors affecting the mental health status of imaging standardized training students come from many aspects.It is necessary to strengthen the mental health education and properly face various stress sources to promote mental health.
