摘要 采用频次分布法分析2012-2022年采自贵州省余庆县和凯里市的91只红耳巢鼠Micromys erythrotis样本的体重和胴体重,结合其繁殖状况特征,确定4个年龄组的体重和胴体重划分标准,体重标准为:幼年组≤6.00 g,亚成年组6.01~8.00 g,成年组8.01~10.00 g,老年组>10.00 g;胴体重标准为:幼年组≤4.70 g,亚成年组4.71~5.90 g,成年组5.91~7.10 g,老年组>7.10 g。不同年龄组间平均体重、胴体重、体长、尾长等指标差异极显著,体重法和胴体重法鉴定年龄结果总体吻合率为93.41%。研究填补了我国红耳巢鼠年龄鉴定标准的空白,为其种群生物学和生态学特征研究提供了良好的基础数据。 In this study,91 Micromys erythrotis were collected from Yuqing County and Kaili City in Guizhou Province from 2012 to 2022.The age identification standard for this species was built according to the frequency distribution of body weight and carcass weight combined with the reproductive characteristics of the male and female individuals.The results showed that the collected M.erythrotis individuals can be divided into 4 age groups by using the body weight standard of juvenile group(≤6.00 g),sub-adult group(6.01-8.00 g),adult group(8.01-10.00 g),and the old group(>10.00 g),and using the carcass weight standard of juvenile group(≤4.70 g),sub-adult group(4.71-5.90 g),adult group(5.91-7.10 g),and old group(>7.10 g).There were extremely significant differences of average body weight,carcass weight,body length and tail length among different age groups.The overall consistent rate of age identification results determined by body weight and carcass weight was 93.41%.This study fills the gap in the age identification standard of M.erythrotis in China,and provides important basic data for investigating the biological and ecological characteristics of the population.
